and sign the 'Baseball Ontario Consent Form' (below). Bring both forms with you to the registration location. In-Person registration details will be made available on this page as they become available. The registration fee payment can be made by cheque or cash. We do not accept debit or credit cards.

Note: A signed copy of the Baseball Ontario Consent Form is mandatory for a valid registration
