Below are the registration fees for 2025. Below our fee table you will find the 3 ways to register for our House, Select and Rep league seasons: Online, By Mail (see links for each option) or In-Person (dates and locations TBA) 

Please note that if you will be registering by mail or in-person you must include with your registration form the following signed forms: Code of Conduct and Baseball Ontario's Registration, Privacy Assurance and Consent. These forms as well as the Martingrove Baseball 2025 registration form can be found by clicking/tapping on the 'By Mail' button below.

For those of you registering online the button below will take you to our TeamSnap registration page where all of the above forms will be represented.

Refund Policy: Only written request received by the league's Registrar at registrar@martingrove.ca will be accepted. Requests received by March 1 will be issued a refund less 10% of the registration fee. Requests received from March 1 to April 14 are subject to a $40 administration charge and less 10% of the registration fee. No refunds will be issued for requests that are not in writing or if received after April 15.
